Names of five salats and their Rakats
1. Fajr
The time starts at dawn and remains effective slightly before sun rise
Two Rakats Sunnat 
Two Rakats Farz
Hadis :
Narrated by A'isha:
The Prophet used to offer two light Rakat between the Adhan (Azaan) and the Iqama of the Fajr prayer.
Volume 1, Book 11, Number 593: Sahi Bukhari Sharif
2. Dhuhr :
The time begins when sun starts tilting towards west and the shadow of an object becomes equal to the size of the object. It remains effective half an hour before start of time of salaate Asr.
Four Rakats Sunnat
Four Rakats Farz
Two Rakats Sunnat 

Two Rakats Nafil

3. Asar :
The time starts when the sun declines and the shadow of an object becomes double the size of the object. It remains effective till few minutes before the sunset.
Four Rakats Farz

Ahadis ( Plural of Hadis ) :
1. Narrated Abu Al-Minhal (ra ):
Abu Barza said, "The Prophet used to offer the Fajr (prayer) when one could recognize the person sitting by him (after the prayer) and he used to recite between 60 to 100 Ayat (verses) of the Qur'an. He used to offer the Zuhr prayer as soon as the sun declined (at noon) and the 'Asr at a time when a man might go and return from the farthest place in Medina and find the sun still hot.

2. Narrated Aisha (ra) :
Allah's Apostle used to offer the 'Asr prayer when the sunshine had not disappeared from my chamber

4. Maghrib:
It is recited just after sunset and the time remains effective till the afterglow remains visible in the west (twilight). (The afterglow is visible approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from the time of the sunset). But it would be much better to recite the salaat just after sun set .
Three Rakats Farz
Two Rakats Sunnat 

 5. Isha :
The time starts when the afterglow in the west vanishes (end of twilight which is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes after the sunset ) It remains effective upto approximately three hours before sunrise. But it is advisable to recite it before 2/3 of the night passes away.
Four Rakats Farz
Two Rakats Sunnat

Two Rakats Nafil
Three Rakats Wajib Witr

  5. IN ASAR 4 SUNNAT IS FIRST COMES THEN 4 FARD......
    IN ISHA 4 SUNNAT IS COMES FIRST THAN 4 FARD AND 2 NAFIL COMES AFTER WITR.
    PLZ MAKE CORRECTION IN THIS TIME TABLE

    ii) Two rakat Fard

    Zuhr:
    i) Four rakat Sunnat Mokadda
    ii) Four rakat Fard
    iii) Two rakat sunnat Mokadda
    iv) Two rakat Nafl (Optional but spiritually beneficial)

    Asr:
    i) Four rakat sunnat ghair mokadda (Optional but spiritually beneficial)
    ii) Four rakat Fard

    iii) Two rakat nafl (Optional but spiritually beneficial)
